Thank you for your interest in joining Alliant Therapy Group! Our internship program is designed for counseling students seeking to complete degree requirements for graduation, and requires a twelve-month commitment. As an intern at Alliant Therapy Group, you will gain valuable training and experience in managing a caseload, developing and implementing treatment goals, assessment and diagnosis, documentation and record-keeping, professional development, building your identity as a therapist, facilitating groups (with opportunities to create and market group topics based on your areas of interest or expertise), and more, under the supervision of one of our qualified and fully licensed counselors.
Beyond the internship, we also offer opportunities for LMHCAs, LMFTAs, and LICSWAs continuing to work toward full licensure in the state of Washington.

For application priority, please submit your completed application no later than March of the year of your internship, if starting in the fall. Interviews take place from January to April, and internship placement offers are made by or before May for a fall start date. If you are available to start before fall (a different term) please list this on your application. Applications received after March will be considered on the placement availability and goodness of fit. Both full- and part-time placements are available on an ongoing basis. We review applications as they are received and offer placements year round.
